These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of HAKOObot (the "Bot"), a Discord bot operated for the [HAKOO] World of Tanks clan and the WoT Tracker website at hakoo.eu. By adding the Bot to a Discord server or using its features, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Bot

• The Bot is provided for the [HAKOO] community to display clan members' Discord avatars within WoT Tracker.
• You must have the "Manage Server" permission to add the Bot to a server.
• You agree to use the Bot in compliance with the Discord Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

2. Acceptable use

You may not use the Bot to break any law, infringe others' rights, attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or abuse, overload, or gain unauthorised access to it or the systems it runs on.

3. Availability

The Bot is provided on a best-effort, "as is" and "as available" basis, with no guarantee of uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Features may change or be discontinued at any time without notice.

4. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of the Bot is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Bot.

5. Removal

You may remove the Bot from your server at any time. The operator may also remove the Bot from any server, or restrict access, at their discretion.

6. Changes

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
